A great turn out for the opening night of Danny Vincent Smith Exhibition . through my mother eyes . at the Purcell Gallery Kenmare. In my mind i hear my mother’s words echoing; I think of hear and the way in which she as influenced my life and my paintings . she had a warm heart and a kind word for every person . her life , her stories, some funny, some sad; the people she spoke of, the hardship she endured, remain in my mind .she did the best could for a family of thirteen. this exhibition is to honour her spirit and to remember her strength .I owe her this; I miss her.
